Key benefits

  • Design philosophy: Oschatz Global designs each boiler individually, including thermal calculations, water circulation calculations, pressure drop calculations, etc., to ensure that the outlet gas temperature is within the allowable range.
  • Stress design: The catalyst basket has expansion space and is designed with the stress analysis.
  • Gas distributor: Designed by CFD simulation to enhance the uniformity of gas distribution.
  • Outlet gas temperature: Thanks to patented technology, the outlet flue gas temperature remains stable during long-term operation, resulting in the production of more steam.
  • Low Consumption of recirculation water: Motor capacity design is about ½ compared with other suppliers.
